Chapter 8 of 11
How rewards work
Every minute, the day’s rewards are shared out by hash. The bigger your island’s share of all the hash, the more you earn.
- Into the pool
- 60%of every purchase
- Released daily
- 10%of the pool
- Invites
- 5%of your friends’ rewards
#Where rewards come from
Every purchase in the game (PCs, parts, electricity, care, builder jobs and cosmetics) is split three ways: 60% goes into the reward pool, 20% is burned for good and 20% goes to the treasury.
A purchase’s pool share counts from the next game day. A game day is 24 hours long and starts at the same time every day.
#The daily budget
The initial reward pool is 40% of token supply. Each game day the pool releases 10% of what it holds, not counting rewards players have already earned. That day’s budget is paid out evenly, minute by minute.
day budget = 10% × pool
minute budget = day budget ÷ 1,440If no PC is mining during a stretch, that stretch’s rewards simply stay in the pool.
#Claiming
Rewards build up all the time. Claim them into your wallet whenever you like; there is no minimum spending or hashrate requirement.
One claim at a time: the game signs your claim, and your wallet sends it to the reward vault on Robinhood Chain, which pays the tokens into your wallet. You pay the small network fee.
#Invite friends
Share your invite link. When a friend joins with it, you receive 5% of their rewards and they keep 95%. If you joined with someone’s link, the same applies to you. Mining and invite rewards add up to one total in Rewards & Claim.
#Leaderboards
Two boards rank every island that owns a PC: Hashrate (your island’s total hash, bonus included) and Top Spenders (the tokens you have spent in total). Search by island or owner name, and visit any island to look around, read-only.
#In short
purchase → 60% pool (from the next day) · 20% burned · 20% treasury
day → budget = 10% × pool, paid out minute by minute
minute → your share = your island hash ÷ all island hash
claim → any time, no minimum spending or hashrate requirement
invites → your friend’s rewards: 95% to them, 5% to you
